I’ve set up my reviews with google merchant, but I’m running into an issue where google is showing all reviews as Name: Anonymous – even though we have names in the review in woocommerce. It doesn’t seem like there are fields that I can map, so I want to reach out here for help.

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Our plugin is retrieving the users who wrote a review directly from your WooCommerce. Bear-in-mind this only works for actual users who registered as an user (consumer) on your WooCommerce website, probably the once who bought a product on your website, Hence, the user details need to be in your database for us to be able to retrieved and the reviews need to be written on your website itself. When our plugin cannot find those users in your official WooCommerce user database it will use “Anonymous” indeed.
That’s the thing.. that the user name is in the review name. So the user name is in the database. As I understand, the user left the name when leaving the review.
The user bought an item from us (most likely as a guest) and then came back to leave a review. They left their name and email in the review section, so we can see who it is. But it would be good to see their name on the review, instead of “Anonymous”
The ones that have an account, those seem to be fine, but the ones that are just leaving a review with name/email, those names are missing from the feed. The review does contain the name on the front end of the website.
Hence, I suspect you are using a 3th party review plugin that is not supported by our plugin or your reviews are uploaded to your database some other way.
