Hi @boxpool
Sorry to hear you are having this issue.
I checked your website but I am getting “Error establishing a database connection” Can you please double check your website?
In case it is working well, kindly try to create a Staging site https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/ & run a full plugin conflict test following this workflow https://wpmudev.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Support-Process-Support-Process.gif
Let us know the result you got.

Hi,
Same problem here: Pricing – AN-SOF Antenna Simulation Software (antennasimulator.com)
I can’t find a way to display the pop-up on this page or anywhere on my website.
Thanks in advance
Sorry! After refreshing and publishing again my entire website the issue was fixed. Now the pop-up is showing correctly.
Hi @ansofmail

So sorry for the delay, my site was down for maintenance. Can you check now I have enabled new popup but its not showing on front end. Is this because of my cache plugin Wp-rocket or something?
Hi @boxpool
I visited your site and your page source and all CSS source does not include any hustle keyword. Even with Wp-rocket we should still see hustle keywords as part of CSS classes. Did you remove Hustle fully or maybe you use another pop-up plugin that is not Hustle?
Kind Regards,
Kris
Hi Kris, I have used hustle only for my popup and I am using hustle for long time but I never faced this issue. I am attaching the screenshot where you can clearly see my plugin and popup is active. But as for CSS classes not showing, I have no idea about that. That is the reason I am approaching you.

Hi @boxpool
I checked on my end and couldn’t find the Hustle modules in the page source code either. We’d recommend to perform a quick conflict test , preferably in a staging site, follow these steps:
- Create a backup of the site in case you need to revert any changes made during the test
- Deactivate all plugins, except Hustle and switch to a basic theme as Twenty Twenty Two.
Check if the pop up if visible with this setup. In case you are still having issues, try reinstalling the plugin. Please let know the results you get.
Kind regards
Luis
