@lacittanews I’m sorry to hear about your experience with the hosting; however, I’m afraid the plugin does not provide any hosting functionalities. The plugin fetches feed items from RSS feeds and aggregates them into your site. The imported items are saved and accessed as standard WordPress post records.

I know very well what the plugin does, I bought it in full version several months ago. I meant that with a dedicated superhosting (AWS EC-2 + RDS) with a cost of 350 Euros/month it often stops with a timeout error. I’m seriously considering replacing this plugin before the license expires
Hi @lacittanews, I’m sorry for the confusion. We have thousands of people using our plugins, even on shared hosting, so we’re still unsure of where the problem lies and whether it’s related to your hosting or not.
I’ve just had a look at your emails and will be investigating the issue again to see if we can find any new potential causes for the errors, which seem to be related to feeds being invalid or paused from what I can see.
Having looked at your website, I also see that you have thousands of imported posts, which is quite a high amount, so this may be causing some slowness or timeout issues as well.
We’ll get back to you again as soon as possible.
Well, let’s see… also because one of the unsolved problems is that the paused feeds cannot be deleted, ;-( because if you delete “the published articles are also deleted, creating thousands of 404 errors… :-()
I have repeatedly reported problems of this kind with screen e-mails and related to polling of non-existent paused feeds.
I have other things to say … let’s do one at a time. RSS support has a WP account for better control. You have the contact to request its authorization.
after 1 week …, I keep having problems with this plugin, do we have a solution? At least find a way to delete paused feeds without doing any more damage. Another thing I want to say is that it is useless to set the import start time for each individual feed because it does not respect them in the slightest. Find ways to make this plugin work the way you describe its features. Deleting feeds without losing the articles published on the miu blog seems like the minimum, I spent weeks correcting google 404 errors
I keep having problems with this plugin, do we have a solution?
@lacittanews I shared the guidelines for deleting the feed source, keeping the imported posts. Please follow-up on the email thread if you face any challenges with the process so we can advise further.
OK thank you. First check that this information works and is correct. Where will you share them?
i had to restart the server again this morning, that’s three times in 7 days. Can we remove paused feeds without deleting published articles?
@lacittanews I’ve followed up to your email, let’s continue our conversation there so we can better assist you.
ok, how can we remove all paused feeds without deleting published posts?
I’ve followed up to your email, let’s continue our conversation there so we can better assist you.
good morning, I would like to ask if you have a non-paid tool to solve the problem that occurs when feeds are deletedDid you know that after this operation in the published articles every reference to the source and also the part relating to the disclaimer disappear as if by magic? this could have negative implications and penalties in case there is a dispute.
@lacittanews, thanks for the follow-up; with the free version, all the items are imported as feed items and thus can not be edited or published as post articles within the website. As for the imported and published posts, let’s continue our conversation via email so that we can better understand and assist you.

Hello, mine is a full license and expires next May. I would be grateful if you could answer one of my questions. Perhaps it is the case that you pass the problem to another one who responds faster and above all without going off topic. I need answers because this plugin of which I only use the import and publish module is a trap.
