Hi, Thanks for your response. I tried deactivating the plugins one by one, but that did not work. The screenshot of plugins is attached.
The theme I’m using is “Bare Bones for Divi”. I’m attaching the zip file for this theme. When I changed the active theme to the default 2023 WP theme, the auctions displayed correctly on the page with the shortcode. So there seems to be a conflict with Bare Bones for Divi. This is a child theme that uses the standard Divi theme as the parent.
Thank you for looking into this. I watched the video and the only difference with my set up is that I’m running the latest version of the Divi theme (4.19.4), but you are running version 4.17.3. Can you update to 4.19.4 and see if it still works?
We have checked the issue in the latest version of the DIVI theme (4.19.4) but the auction listing page is working fine. All the auction products are displayed perfectly.
Please test by changing the setting of the DIVI theme OR do try activating the parent theme and after that, if you will face the same issue then post your query here.
And If you are facing any issues with the WordPress auction plugin and your auctions are live then we would recommend you to use our WooCommerce based Auction plugin.
Thank You
