Hi @kldckldc –
In order for Jetpack Stats to work on your sites, you must have the Jetpack plugin installed and connected to WordPress.com/ On the two sites that you referenced, it doesn’t appear that Jetpack is installed.
Could you please install Jetpack and connect it to WordPress.com? Once that is done, you will want to make sure the stats module is turned on.
Jetpack was already installed on both sites. I have connected both sites to WordPress.com (or so it appears on my side). When I try to add the stats via clicking on MyJetpack Extras, I end up getting a blank screen on Jetpack for both sites. Am I not showing as having the sites connected to WordPress.com? What’s next?
Just noticed I had “Jetpack Boost” installed instead of “Jetpack.” I deactivated and deleted “Jetpack Boost.” Tried to install the regular “Jetpack” again and am getting an error stating “installation failed. destination folder already exists.”
OK, so here’s what I did. Went into my hosting at server level and deleted the “Jetpack” folder. Then reinstalled “Jetpack” on the food site. Stats are being calculated now so that should be working soon. Did same on garden site and now it appears to be working. No idea how I got Jetpack Boost installed instead of the regular Jetpack.
Thanks.

I’m glad that you got this sorted out.
I’m going to mark this thread as resolved. If you have additional questions about Jetpack in the future, feel free to open a new thread.
