Web stories ad button not working

We have used google adsense publisher id and ad unit id to show ads in our web stories but when an ad appear in our web stories and someone clicks it, they are moved to next slide rather then taking them to the appropriate ad’s website. We have tried using other ad unit ids even our plugin is updated. We also tried disconnecting adsense for few hours and reconnecting it but nothing worked.

Hi @adityasaini Thanks for getting in touch. Your Stories look correctly configured for me and I can see the AdSense code placed successfully on your site. I am not getting any ads currently on your Story however so unable to see this in action. If you could share a recording of what you see that would be helpful. You can use a service such as Loom to record and share the URL here.

@adityasaini Can I check with you if you have any Ad blocker extensions on your browser or any ad block plugins active? Could you please also try viewing your Story from an Incognito window and let me know if you experience the same?

I don’t have any kind of ad blocker or ad block plugin installed and even in the incognito window I am stilling getting this issue

@adityasaini After looking into this further it appears that this is currently a known issue and an issue has been filed with amphtml. You can follow this issue for updates here: https://github.com/ampproject/amphtml/issues/38552.
