    Hi there,
    Been trying to connect for a while now but no luck. Cannot use the chat or open up a ticket on your site either. Not on Chrome, explorer or mobile. No idea what the problem is.
    PLease advice

    The thing is. I cannot make a ticket at your portal and cannot open up a chat session. Tried different browsers, on my laptop, on my phone. I think it has to do with my account or something. This is the only way I can reach support.
    tried to communicate with the account manager but no luck either.
