False positive on anchor links

    I’m using this on a site that makes extensive use of resuable blocks, and I have the plugin scan those as well for broken links.

    Apparently, it likes to scan in-page anchor links as absolute urls (e.g. href="#mysection" gets checked as mysite.com/2022/10/my-reusable-block/#mysection)

    I don’t think the plugin can/would check for valid anchor links (e.g. if an element with that id is present in the content), so I think this is in error and would prefer to at least have an option to opt-out of checking relative in-page anchor links.
