Forminator Error: Your form is not valid, please fix the errors!

    i had problems initially some of my fields were set with required,, and i tried to try to follow the advice on the forum which is to not activate the option and make it optional but still my problem is not solved. My problem is when I am fully late filling in the data according to the requested form. and clicking on the order form does not pass the data of the form content earlier.. and provide information that the error form, here I include the results of my form export

    My problem is ONLY with 1 combination. I have 3 combinations. 2 works perfectly, 1 combination gives error as @afyifah . Hope it will be fixed ASAP because there is an event on 27th and people can’t register.

    Hello @afyifah !

    I’m sorry to hear that you’ve experienced this issue!

    This is due to some special characters in the values of the Checkbox field. After removing those (>>> and spaces) I was able to submit the form without issues:

    I’ve removed most of the values on those fields but you can also replace spaces with – and remove the >>> and that should work as well.

    @wpmudev-support9 i don’t think that’s where the problem lies because i’m using the exact same one also in this form sediapay.com/affinity.. sediapay.com/adobe… ( i don’t help anything illegal both links are checkout service links that i can help the purchase process …) okay back to the topic of the two forms in each of those links as well as the sediapay.com/topup links. the only difference is that 2 forms succeeded and 1 failed

    Hi @afyifah

    I double checked and can confirm the information that @wpmudev-support9 shared is correct, you can see on both pages your checkbox have ” | ” instead ” >> “, so I imported your form and replaced the values and label using pipe and the submission worked well.

    Note, it is not recommended having special characters on fields value as it can cause issues, we usually use regular characters to prevent any problem.
