TEC mobile version not working

Hello TEC,
I have recently bought TEC event marketing bundle and need help with 2 issues:
1. I have set to show list view in mobile but it keeps showing month view.
2. Month view calendar on mobile version shows but nothing clicks. Am unable to change views, nothing happens when I click on search, and event summary does not show when I click on the event date (though I can see a featured mark on the date).
PS: Only when I click on the datepicker button and choose the same month, then it starts to work the way it should work.
I have also submitted a help ticket through TEC support 5 days ago. You told me to share my system information which I did but no news after that. We have an upcoming event in 2 weeks and need to get this fixed asap!
