We really appreciate your feedback about WPForms.
The Lite version is basically a mixed package of fields and features required to get you started with the world of the forms.
In regards to the additional functionalities that you have mentioned, CC for sending, I assume you’re looking for sending the form submission emails to multiple email addresses. While we do have a feature to add multiple notifications separately in the paid version, you can still achieve this through a workaround by adding multiple emails and separating them using commas. Here’s a screenshot of how you could do it: link.
I am not fully clear on the first functionality you mentioned so I would love some extra details on that. If you’d like to share more details about that, please feel welcome to post in our WPForms Lite support forum.
