Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Can you share a screenshot with us how your rule looks so we can try replicating it?
Hi,
Here is a screenshot (it’s the last rule) https://prnt.sc/ws7wzLNdxDEJ
Hi,
We tried replicating the issue at hand for a Skroutz feed and created this rule:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/xru3dvax8w3si6m/Var-1.png?dl=0
Resulting to this in the feed for product variations:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/efm0pqo3brcr6kc/Var-2.png?dl=0
So for us all seems to be working fine. Are you sure your feed is properly updating and not, for example, being cached?
Hello,
No, I don’t think it is being cached
Please share with us the following so we can check if your feed is being cached or not:
Thanks for this. Can you share a product ID from the feed with us that according to you contains a wrong availability value? Please let us know what the value is you are expecting for that product ID.
Yes it is product ID 155890 (in the xml the id field is M1104204 which is the sku). The value for availability is ‘in stock’ but it should have been ‘Άμεση παραλαβή/Παράδοση σε 1-3 ημέρες’ (which means ‘in stock’ but in greek, it’s what Skroutz needs).
In the xml the id is M1104204
Other ids that have the same problem are 4700441, 4700113, Μ4700438 and others (16 in total)
Are you sure your feed is properly updating? Are other updates you are making to products making it to your feed?
Yes… I’m sure it properly updates as we make frequent changes to the products (e.g. stock).
The link you shared earlier with us for your debug.log URL is not working for us, it seems it has some permission restrictions set on it. Can you open-up the debug.log URL for us?
Also, can you share with us a screenshot of your field mapping page?
Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and our support is no longer required I will close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.
Do not hesitate to reach out to us again in-case you need our help again.
