You’ll need to be using the Woocommerce Reviews addon and enable the experimental setting. Then use any of the Woocommerce plugins which integrate with Google Merchant feeds.

Thank you Paul for your reply, I already did that and I’m using “Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce” by AdTribes.io but it is not showing all the reviews in the feeds I have about 185 reviews the feed is showing only 61!
I told their support that I’m using the “Site Reviews” Plugin they said: “Our plugin does not support 3rd party review plugins so unfortunately, reviews using those plugins will not make it to the review feed generated by our plugin. Only the reviews left directly on your website will.”
Did you activate the experimental setting in the addon settings?
Our plugin does not support 3rd party review plugins so unfortunately, reviews using those plugins will not make it to the review feed generated by our plugin. Only the reviews left directly on your website will.
Reviews submitted with Site Reviews are left directly on your site.
The experimental setting in the Woocommerce Reviews add-on filters the WordPress comment functions (i.e. get_comments, get_comment_meta, get_comment_date, get_comment_author, etc.) to return the review data. From my tests here, all of the comment queries and functions that are used by the “Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce” plugin are being filtered correctly when that option is enabled.
However, only reviews that are assigned to published products will be shown, so maybe check that.
