Sorry, I have to explain better.
I have a product list, for example 5 products.
When a user login and want to create a new ticket can choose one product related to the ticket. I don’t want the user can see the complete 5 product list but only products enabled for him.
This is because some products are just for few users, other products are for different users and so on.
So I need to create a relation between products and users.

It is not possbile to limit products to specific users with Awesome Support, however, if you are using Woocommerce addon, you can allow users to open ticket with the specific product they have purchased.

Actually I’m not using woocommerce, I don’t have experience with it.
Actually my need is not to sale by the web site but to handle support via ticket system for some product I developed for customers.
But I can try.
If I install woocommerce, can I still use Awesome creating tickets for product existing in woocommerce?
