    Hi Guys,

    After a recent update I have noticed that customer data from new WooCommerce orders are not appearing in the customer list.

    Also The MailChimp/WooCommerce sync is not working and we are getting the following error message:

    Mailchimp for Woocommerce has not added the webhook to Mailchimp, visit the plugin settings page and synchronize your store.

    All plugins are up to date, WordPress and WooCommerce all latest. See list below.

    If I disable the Mailchimp for WooCommerce plugin the customer list updates correctly.

    I have also uninstalled and re-installed the plugin but still the same.

    Support option is ticked on in settings.

    What should I try next?

    Hi @jemtx, thanks for reaching out. Can you enable remote diagnostics in your plugin by going to Mailchimp for WooCommerce in your plugin directory -> Settings -> Settings (tab) -> Remote Diagnostics. From there, we’ll take a look to see if we can spot anything.

    Hi @jemtx, thanks for enabling. After viewing your logs, everything looks like it is processing as expected. Do you have a particular order ID that didn’t make it to Mailchimp? We’ll be glad to investigate more.

    Lastly, with the webhook error you’re seeing you may want to browse this post as their firewall was preventing the Mailchimp user agent. I see you’re running Wordfence, which could be in play here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/mailchimp-for-woocommerce-has-not-added-the-webhook-to-mailchimp-3/.
