    Hello,
    I deactivated Jetpack as I could not connect woocommerce app from my iphone to the website. However since I deleted the plugin and installed again I cannot log in – I deativated all the plugins and checked xmlrpc.php and everything works fine.
    When activating it tells me: an error occured. Could you help me fix the problem?

    We’re getting the error: cURL error 28: Connection timeout after 10000 ms when we test the connection with your site.

    This is generally related to server performance. I would recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they can check the load on your server. It may be that your server is overloaded and/or that are requests are being blocked.

    In the event our requests are being blocked, they will need to allow access from our IPs:

    https://jetpack.com/support/how-to-add-jetpack-ips-allowlist/

    Please  ask  them  to  allowlist  the  IP  addresses  listed  above.  Note  that  these  IP  addresses  could  change  (or  more  could  be  added)  at  any  time,  which  could  break  your  connection  to  Jetpack.  For  this  reason,  we  actually  discourage  allowing  specific  IPs,  although  with  some  hosts  it  may  be  the  only  option.
