Hi team, I am told my logo. I am told, “Your publisher logo size should be a 1:1 aspect ratio at 96x96px or larger. Your publisher logo is the logo synced with the plug-in, this is not referring to a logo placed manually on your story. Please adjust the size in the plug-in and resubmit.”

But when I try to upload a new logo it’s not allowing me to upload a new one. Any help?

Could you please open your browser developer tools to check for any browser console error messages that might be give some clues as to what could be the issue?

If possible, could you share a screenshot or screen recording of the issue? You can use services like JumpShare or Recordit to share.

I think I may have gotten the new upload to work. But how do I know if the new one is the right size?

The plugin will crop the image to the right aspect ratio so if it has uploaded successfully you shouldn’t have to worry. Please let me know if you need any additional support. Thanks!
