    Hello,

I am using Elementor with Astra theme, I have noticed that my store is not displaying the Woocommerce messages such, Item xy added to cart on the top of the page. However I can tell that woocomerce does display it because the contents of the page moves down by some. So something is being added to the page, but it is underneath the header menu bar, hence it is not visible to the viewer. How can I move that all these messages appear below the header instead of under it?

Thanks for your help in advance!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @nagycsongorwp ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that your site is not displaying the “item added to cart” notice once an item is added to the cart.

I have gone to your site and am able to see that the notice bar is triggered but the contents are empty, as seen in the screenshot below:

This could be the cause of a theme/plugin conflict and would recommend performing a full conflict test to rule this out. To do this, please follow the suggested steps below:

    > Clear site and browser cache
    > Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    > Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    > Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.

More detailed information about conflict tests can be found in the documentation below:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts

Alternatively, you have the option to install the Health Check plugin.

On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

Should the issue still persist after performing the conflict test, please could you share a copy of your sites System Status report by navigating to WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you have this, kindly share it in your response here.

    Thanks 🙂

    Dear @roxannestoltz ,

I have carried the troubleshooting as suggested, and I have found out that the Elementor is causing conflict with Woocomerce. Once Elementor is activated the bar goes below the header so it is not visible. Do you have any suggestions how this can be sorted out?

    Hi @nagycsongorwp ,

    Thanks for providing an update.

Since you have managed to identify Elementor as the cause of this issue, I would recommend reaching out to the developers of the plugin for further help with this.

You can find their dedicated support forums below:

    Hope this helps 🙂
