Hi @danstramer
Thank you for reaching out, and we’re sorry the negative condition is not working on your popup.
We checked the negative condition and ‘AND’ operator. The popup does not show on selected pages with the negative condition.
Here’s how we test it:
https://share.getcloudapp.com/7Ku6X0pA
It looks like a caching issue.
Could you try the following?
– Ensure ‘AND’ operator is in use on the targeting settings.
– Ensure the selected targeting has the negative condition.
– Clear out any browser, WordPress, server, database, and CDN caches you have.
– Retest using a private or incognito window with no active browser extensions.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
I’ve applied the ‘AND’ operator but the condition only works for the first condition (‘pages selected’)
The other pages where a taxonomy of ‘landing page’ is applied still shows the popup: https://artofretirement.ca/landing-page-tax-efficient-retirement/
On this page: https://artofretirement.ca/join-our-mailing-list/ the pop up is not showing (which is correct). So it seems it’s picking up just the first condition.
I’m using incognito window.
it’s counter intuitive to use the ‘AND’ operator since these 2 conditions are not related and will never happen together.

Please let me know your thoughts,
Thanks,
Dan

Hi @danstramer
Thank you for your reply, and for the clarification.
In my understanding, categories and tags (taxonomy) are enabled for WordPress post type – Pages.
Could you replace the targeting for the landing page, and use “Pages: With Category”, and select landing page?
For example: https://share.getcloudapp.com/z8umdxgN
It will not show the popup on landing pages with that taxonomy category, but if you don’t want to show the popup on the specific page https://artofretirement.ca/landing-page-tax-efficient-retirement/, kindly use “Pages: Selected”, and select that page.
We hope that helps. Let us know how that goes.
Thank you!
Thanks Bel, that solved it.
