    Hi @vera8

    I hope you’re well today!

    I understand that you have fully configured integration on “Hustle -> Integrations” page but did you actually add this integration to your module (popup, slide-in or embed)?

    Note please that since you can have multiple module (popups, slide-ins, embeds) on site at the same time, they don’t automatically send data to MailChimp out of the box so in addition to configuring integration you also need to add MailChimp to selected module(s).

    To do so, you’d edit given module (e.g. your popup) and go to the “Integrations” tab in its settings. There you’ll see two lists in “Applications” sections: “Active apps” and “Connected apps”.

    You should see MailChimp there but if it’s on “Connected apps” and not “Active apps”, you need to click on a + icon next to it and follow on-screen wizard to actually add it to your popup.

    Once that’s done, it should start sending collected data to MailChimp.

    Note please: I’m suggesting this because it’s the most common thing that causes the issue but if it’s already set like that then let me know please and also let me know if you are using any other/additional MailChimp related plugin on site.

    Kind regards,
    Adam

    Hi @vera8

    Thank you for confirmation.

    We’ll need to get a bit more insight into the issue then and I’ll need more help from you.

    1. Please add following lines to the “wp-config.php” file of your site, right above “/* That’s all, stop editing */”

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    They’ll enable internal WordPress debugging and set it to debugging information into the “/wp-content/debug.log” file

    2. Once that’s done, do some test submission again

    4. Download the file “/wp-content/debug.log” from your server, upload it to your Google Drive, Dropbox or similar service and post direct link to it in response here. This will let us check output of debugging and hopefully that way we’ll be able to get additional information about why it’s failing

    5. Additionally, after these test submissions are made, go to “Forminator -> Submissions” page and check these submissions. At the bottom of each one you should see a message about data not being sent to MailChimp and quite likely there should be some additional error information. Pass that information to us here as well.

    Hopefully this together will help us find out what’s happening so we could provide solution.

    Best regards,
    Adam

    That sounds extremly complicated. Never heard about about such a complicated costumer service. Why don’t you email on [ email deleted, never post that here ] and I will send u my WP details. So u can enter my WP account and check out yourself.

    Hi @jdembowski and @vera8,

    I hope you are doing well today!

    We sincerely apologize for missing the part where the support request is actually for the pro version, and we confirm that for our premium products, our members should contact us on our website instead of wordpress.org

    Kind regards,
