emails are not being sent

Hi,
There’s an issue where we are not receiving email. The booking are going though but the email are not being received by neither the admins nor the people who made the reservations.
The error says “Error. El correo no ha sido enviado. Se ha encontrado un error. SMTP error: Could not authenticate”
Is there something we need to do from our side or is a bug that needs fixing?
