You can change the language with the help of the LOCO translate plugin and currently, our plugin doesn’t support RTL.

Actually, I install it and test it and submit a request for a refund and return but I cannot see the request from the dashboard nor an email notification sent, I checked the tutorial and did all the configuration but I have a concern about the tracking and monitoring of the orders return and the requests, who will see them and how to track them all? can you please explain in detail or I must subscribe to paid version for that?

In the Plugin backend setting,>> Refund setting below you’re getting the feature to manage the emails for refund request sent, refund request accept, and refund request cancel, please configure them accordingly and if further, you’ll not get emails updation then kindly let us know or you can also connect with our support for better assistance.
