Update created critical error

I was updating some plug-ins including JetPack and now I get a critical error message when I try to open my site. When I log into wordpress it tells me I have no sites, so I can’t get to the admin dashboard. I think JetPack de-activated as well, and I can’t get into WordPress through Jetpack to reactivate. I am not an expert and the support questions I have searched are above my skill level.
