Internal server error issue (500) – while updating email field

Hi Team,

We are frequently facing internal server error 500 issue, while submitting the contact form 7. Its found that while adding email field alone to the contact form 7, this issue occurs.

Even the form validation doesn’t happen when, without providing inputs to the field.
shows the error as this image -> (https://ibb.co/26BTD8b). we have checked some of our other forms too, the same thing happen.
