TCF v2.0 support

Hi guys,

Thanks for the awesome plugin.

Do you plan on supporting TCF v2.0 to your plugin?
I’ve installed a consent platform, in this case, Quantcast Choice (but it doesn’t matter), and the Google Analytics stats and cookies, the Facebook pixel and its cookie, as all the other stuff is still being loaded, which is not legal in Europe.

You should address this really quickly as websites/shops are already being fined because of this.

You just need to listen to the TCF protocol and change the consent to granted, only if the __tcfapi is available (which means a consent platform is installed on the website).

You need to investigate how to tell the other services (Facebook, Shopping, etc) to not load themselves if the correct permission is not granted.
