Issue when importing reviews from other plugin

    Hello,

    I saw an issue resolved about this topic from 2 months ago but I didn’t see any resolution for it so I’m opining it again. I’m trying to import reviews from wp reviews plugin and I got the details already and tried to use the correct format you need but I’m still getting an error with [2022-06-22 20:22:44] WARNING [Commands\ImportReviews:178] One or more of the following errors were encountered during import: wrong date format

    I keep getting the error even with a very small sample of 2 reviews. I also changed date format several times both in the CSV as well as the option to imported and I keep getting the same. Can you please let me know what the correct format it so imported properly or if there is an issue there?

    Please provide a link to the CSV file (a small sample will do) and also a screenshot of the settings you are using with the import tool.

    For the settings I’m only choosing the file, using detect automatically for the delimiter and playing around with the different date formats because it doesn’t work with any of them.

    The date format in your CSV file is 04/11/16 (or dd/mm/yy). In order to import your reviews, you need to tell Site Reviews which format your dates are being written in. If Site Reviews does not provide a date format that matches your CSV file, then you will need to edit the date formatting in the CSV file to match one of the date options that Site Reviews provides.

    For example, if your dates are formatted like “dd/mm/yy” then selecting the date option which looks like “dd-mm-yyyy” will not work since the date format is different.

    Thank you for the answer. I think that part is clear, as I mentioned in my message above, none of the formats that you provided seems to work so I’m looking for a specific example that you know works so I can use. I tried changing the format of the CSV to use time and a few of the other different options that match visually with your settings for upload but they don’t work either so I’m not sure if there is a bug with it or what the problem with the format can actually be. Is it possible for you to provide an example that I can use inside Excel to export the CSV that I can use?
