Since last night, all emails generated via my website look strange. All = in the html code is replaced by =3D. The only solution I can find is to disable “WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing”

    Hi @opusvista,

Just to clarify, are you referring to the email itself or the PDF document? Our plugin doesn’t touch the WooCommerce email, beyond using it to attach the PDF documents.

However, could you please share a screenshot to see what are you referring to? You can upload your screenshot in imgbb.com, and then share the uploaded image URL here.

I just realized that there is another report with a similar issue like yours.

Please go to WooCommerce > Status > System Status, click on Get system report, then click on Copy for support, paste it on https://pastebin.com/ (set a paste expiration for one week, just in case), and finally paste the pastebin.com link in your reply here.

The system report will help us to understand what is happening.

For those having a similar issue like this, the root of the issue turned out to be a problem with the mail sending, apparently related with PHP 8.1. The solution discovered by @opusvista, after talking to One.com’s technical support, was to install the Post SMTP plugin (the hosting provider suggested installing a plugin to send mail via SMTP).

Thanks for sharing the solution, @opusvista!
