I have this plugin set up and see tickets only when I login to my website. How do I set it up so that I receive an email when a ticket is submitted?

Hi @momcherylfox

With the Core Awesome Support plugin, you can configure it for an agent, to whom the ticket is assigned. Please go into Tickets>settings> Email and scroll down to New Assignment enable the feature and you will be receiving the emails.
