Change ticket subject translation

Hello,

I want to change the translation of both “Subject” and “Description” standard field.

I’ve read to change it in PO file, but there are 57 lines with “Subject” and “Description” translations.

Which do I have to edit? All of them?

Hi @arjanoskam

When an admin switches the language in WordPress, Awesome Support will generally automatically switch to the same language. However, if it is not translating automatically, then you will have to translate all of it.

@jahmedas Hello, it’s a custom translation. Since I want to change the title. Or do you advise to just change it hardcoded in theme template?

Hi @arjanoskam,

The only way we suggest to change the text from a phase or word is to change the language files in the plugin.

Hello,

Sorry was on holiday.

Doesn’t work. I can’t convert the language files from PO to MO. I get an error. Even when I just download the file and convert it without changes.

Please help me out.

I am using files found here;
