    Hi,

    I’ve created 4 forms with this pluggin last week. There is no problem since the creation but today i saw that the the first and the second select list was empty after submission (on the database and the email). I have other select list and they works well.
    The fields are required and some options works and the most of part no.
    When I change the type of submission on values and not label, it works better.
    I test a lot of issues but it doesnt works anymore. An entry to write the name of a city wich is hide before a selection is made doesnt works too.

    Hope you’re doing well today!

    Thank you for sharing the form’s export, that allowed me to check the issue immediately.

    I’ve imported the form and filled it using a couple of different values, I’ve also checked the visibility rules.

    In my tests it looks like the select fields are empty because they were hidden by the visibility rules – when that happens, they show as empty in the Submissions section and are skipped in the email.

    Can you double check and see if that’s the case and actually is expected? If I missed something, please also let us know so we can take a closer look there.

    First of all, thanks for your answer !

    I checked the visibility rules, and for the selects “Dispositif” and “Site” there is no rules for them. The only rules that I made are for other fields which they works well.

    In my owner tests, I’ve noticed that only 2 options works, these options are used for visibility of other fields. These works well too.

    I hope you are doing well.

    We did a further look at your form and we found the problem is related to a blank space in the option:

    It is a known issue, removing that empty space will fix the form.

    From what we found it is related to the Bulk Edit feature and the fix is coming on the next version, could you please edit your form, switch to regular edit and remove the empty space?
