    I am using Event Tickets and when I purchase a ticket using PayPal, I get confirmation on the UI but email is not getting sent. I also added Event Ticket Plus and when I click on “Re-Send Ticket” on Attendee then the ticket email is getting sent. I am not sure what is happening on the first run when a user actually purchase the ticket, email is not getting sent.

    I have checked all the email config to make sure everything is correct. All other emails are getting sent for other workflows.

    Note: It automatically sends confirmation email when I have RSVP event though. It is the the payment ticket that has issue.

    Can you please install the following plugin and see if the first email is part of the queue but there’s a particular problem why is not being sent?

    Hi @juanfra,

    I tried that plugin (Post SMTP Mailer/Email Log) and I do not see any email log for the first email.
    Is there anything else I can do to debug this?

    I see on your site, that you’re using Tickets Commerce. We’ve identified an issue with the ticket email deliverability that we’re fixing in our upcoming release and should fix your problem. The internal reference is ET-1477. We’ll come back and update you once this fix is in place, once the new version is out.

    No worries. Apologies for the inconvenience here. Keep an eye on our changelogs for the following tracking code: ET-1477.

    Once the fix is out, we will make sure that code is on the changelog so that everyone involved can see that the solution was put in place. I cannot promise any estimated time of arrival for the bug fix because our team has a lot of competing priorities.

    With the new release, v5.3.2, it looks like the issue has been resolved. Although I do not see this code ET-1477 on the change log, I verified that it is working as expected for me.
