“Event Tickets” is not sending email after ticket is purchased.

I am using Event Tickets and when I purchase a ticket using PayPal, I get confirmation on the UI but email is not getting sent. I also added Event Ticket Plus and when I click on “Re-Send Ticket” on Attendee then the ticket email is getting sent. I am not sure what is happening on the first run when a user actually purchase the ticket, email is not getting sent.
I have checked all the email config to make sure everything is correct. All other emails are getting sent for other workflows.
Note: It automatically sends confirmation email when I have RSVP event though. It is the the payment ticket that has issue.
