Hi @mido06 Thanks for reaching out. We did have reports of this error previously. In these cases a plugin conflict was the cause, a plugin which also used the Google Charts library within their codebase.
So we can determine more on this can you please share the following:
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- Does the same occur if you have Registration Magic, which is looks like you have active, temporarily deactivated?
Let me know if you have any questions with the above.
@edutori Thanks for also reporting this. If you can open an individual support topic we’d be happy to investigate this with you, and communicate with you from there. Within the support topic share your site URL or preferably your Site Health information so we can inspect your setup and plugins active. Please reference your own support topic URL if submitting your Site Health information.
I’ll keep an eye out for your topic. Thank you!

@jamesosborne many thanks for your response.
Indeed, by deactivating the registration magic plugin, google site kit works correctly.
The question is how to make both work simultaneously?
Thanks for the update. Registration Magic did provide an update to their plugin a few releases ago, which did resolve a similar known error.
I also tested the latest version of Registration Magic and I was unable to recreate the same error so I suspect what could be in the cause in your case may be one of the following:
- Your Registration Magic is not the latest version
- Your site may be cached via a caching plugin
- There may be a multi party plugin conflict, possibly via an optimization plugin.
The question is how to make both work simultaneously?
So we can determine more and ensure they do work simultaneously please share your Site Health information so I can check your current environment.
As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
