    I have Jetoack FB widget published for a while. And suddenly i dag, in the widget, I can see only the header of the page. For the area which usually shows the posts, it’s only grey background with twirl icon.

    Manually, I can still go to the FB page. So, not sure what’s happening. In the server log, there is no error recorded either.

    UPDATE: it seems the problem is only occurring to Chrome and MS Edge. Tried with Safari, and the FB widget can show the content without any problem.

    Any idea?

    Are you using a VPN or ad/tracker blocking extensions in your browser? When accessing via a VPN, the widget on your site doesn’t work, but if I turn off the VPN I am able to see the widget.

    If you are, I would suggest trying without a VPN or disabling those extensions. You might also try accessing from another advice or a different network to verify that this is working.

    Hi.

    No, not VPN or ad blocking extensions. In fact, I just tried to disable all extensions, restarted Chrome, nothing changes.

    However, if I tested in incognito / private mode, then the widget is working. I tried to clear cache in Chrome, but again, the widget is still twirling.

    Since it is working in incognito/private mode, this indicates that the widget is indeed working and that the issue is specific to your browser.

    You might try the browser troubleshooting steps here:

    https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/

    Even though they specify WordPress.com, they may help. If not, you could try reinstalling Chrome.

    Since the widget is functioning properly but your browser settings need to be tweaked, I am going to mark this thread as resolved.
