    hi.
after i updated WooCommerce to version 6.3.1 and let the WooCommerce to update its database. after that my product filter stopped working.
so i tried to Regenerate the product attributes lookup table. I also regenerate product_ lookup tables too.
after WooCommerce regenerating product attributes finished still product filter not worked.
then i deleted woocommerce plugin and installed 6.2.0 version. and i regenerate att again and update woocommerce db again. after this product filter worked fine.
today i saw https://wordpress.org/support/topic/filter-by-attribute-is-no-longer-working/ this topic and again i updated woocommerce to 6.3.1.
after i did this i see a problem:
in wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product products sort by date by default. today products are sorting by name and https://imadora.ir/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product&orderby=date&order=desc not working.
also in my shop when i customize woocommerce to set products sorting by popularity woocommecre sort them by name again.
    how to solve this problem?
    sorry for bad english. thanks.

    Hello,

To take a better look at your configuration please provide the following information:

    * Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

    * Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thanks for sending us this information.

You can check if performing a conflict test fixes the issue, this is to make sure if there is a plugin or theme creating a conflict, please follow these steps:

    • Clear the site cache
    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

Then you can reactivate your plugins one by one until you find what is causing the issue. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I hope this points you in the right direction.
