Hi folks: I’m trying to fix the behavior of the iCal download link. The Google Calendar link is fine. When a user clicks on the iCal link for any given event, the link is currently https://natlands.org/events/?ical=1 (which gives a month’s worth of events).

We’d like it to be just the selected event. So in this case, that would be:
https://natlands.org/event/fullmoon-stroud-2022-0416/?ical=1 Having the event ID in there will make it so it’s just the single selected event the user can add. But I’m not sure what to adjust to make that happen.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @salettaz,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I hope you’re doing well.

That particular functionality is from our sibling plugin, The Events Calendar, and it’s not related to Event Tickets.

Although, from what I can see on your site, this could be due to your theme implementation. I can see the section where the event details are displayed is custom, and that particular implementation could be using the wrong function.

What theme are you using? do you get to see customizations for The Events Calendar in there? (see if they have folders inside called “tribe-*”)

    Best,
    Juan.

    Hi again,

We haven’t heard from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. Feel free to start a new thread if you have any more questions!

    Best,
    Juan.
