Were there any other changes on your site? Ie. how do you update the posts?
@kubitomakita Thanks for the response. There aren’t any changes since once month and everything was working fine but suddenly it just stop doing this, I didn’t do any update in that time and i verify publish post is working fine. I change any field specifically custom fields but it doesn’t trigger.
Something must’ve changed, even if might seem unrelated at a first sight. But to help you I’ll need more information: how the notification is set up (any paid extensions like Conditionals?) and how do you test?
There isn’t any condition involved it just trigger every time it updates something, In past it was working even when its nothing change but you click update but now its not triggering even i remove something from it.
@kubitomakita Just want to ask one thing, I had Admin Column Pro plugin install in my site and i noticed it is expired. Do you think it is because of that, Is there any dependency?
@kubitomakita I had started debugging it and didn’t see anything in error Logs and its not triggering as well. It would be very helpful if you let me know if i m missing something as its not a very complicated one its just a webhook to trigger build. Should i add screenshots of my trigger. By the way its not working for products as well.
Hi @sananbabar the issue is definitely not coming from the expired Admin Column Pro plugin.
Please export the notification from plugin settings and attach it here (remove any sensitive data like emails first). Can you as well let me know how exactly do you update the posts or products? A screenshot would be nice 🙏
