I ve read this page but I m searching a solution to require A review to customers that haven’t ordered online .
In my shop there is the option to buy offline and I would to send an email also to those costumers
Is there a link to a review page?
Hi,
Our plugin only supports sending review reminders based on the online orders made by customers. You can try to create new orders, mark the status as Completed, and send reminders manually.
We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If you still require any help, please start a new forum topic.
