Drop in Google Merchant active items

I am noticing big drop every 24 hours from 3K approved active Items to 6 active Items. There is no any account Issues on Merchant Center.

As you can see on screenshot now 6 Active items and the xml file automatically changes to 6 Items only. But when I manually refresh product feed it again show all full products.

Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you see a decrease in your feed numbers.

Can you make sure to update version 11.3.5 of the plugin and reprocess your feeds? That should probably solve the issue at hand.

Hello,

Still having the same Issue we are using version 11.3.5 of the plugin. It worked when I reprocess the feed but again after 24 hours goes back to 6 Products only.

The XML file is automatically changing from 4K to 6 Products!

Did you already check all possible configuration reasons for there being less products in your feed than expected?

Yes we have variable products

Both are enabled
Include product variations:
And only include default product variation

Also Default item_group_id field mapping is correct!

Changes are that you did not set default variations for all your variable products?
