Traffic Control Tab Not Appearing

This is how I can block specific countries:
3. Enable the option “Traffic Control” and click the button “Save Changes”.
4. Go to the tab Traffic Control. Now you will see the list of all your visitors here on this tab.

However, we’ve checked “Traffic Control” and saved changed, and we are not seeing any tab called “Traffic Control” anywhere. We are needing to block a few specific countries, but not seeing any option to do so.

Is there something we’re doing wrong?
