Hi there @chenger39 ,
Please make sure that your teams, your events and your player lists are assigned with the same League and Season. Otherwise the auto-calculation will not return all the data.
Some screenshots will help to understand better what the issue is 🙂

For some reason, only Rebounds would not work correctly. The remaining stats (ie. points, assists, blocks, etc) – all work correctly… Pls advise and assist.

So, none of your REBs are not calculated? Or some do and some don’t? What settings do you use for blocks for example? The same with rebounds?

Some do and most don’t. Only 2 out of 18 teams’ rebounds are counted…
In terms of settings, I’m using the same setting for rebounds as it is for blocks, assists, and points.
But for some reason, it isn’t showing up…
(Btw, I respect this back and forth communication and the rules of this forum. However, is there a more effective way that we could address this issue? Given the time difference between US/Taiwan, it takes about a day to get a respond and the response isn’t exactly helpful yet. Pls advise how we should address this issue effectively.

I’m considering to upgrade to Pro, but I do not think my current league needs it right now. This may be an option down the road.

I believe Savvas was referring to the premium channel as a way to get in touch via email. In the free forums we can’t share emails or any sort of personal information, it’s against the WP rules.

Your screenshots don’t have the headers in the players list, so it’s very hard for us to understand what is going on.
But it looks like the numbers are the same:

Which ones are wrong? Can you send us some examples?
We know very little about your setup, so if you can describe and send some examples of what is wrong in your case, that would be great (there are many ways in which things can be “wrong”, I know you can see exactly what you mean, but for us it’s very hard to guess based on these 2 screenshots).
