    hello, i have connected my facebook account for my business but i am facing a problem like this

    Hello @lestwear

    Here are a few steps you can take to fix this:

    1) Ensure that you are both the admin and owner of the Facebook assets
    2) Confirm you have 2FA enabled for the Facebook account you are using.

    When connecting a Facebook Page or Account to a third-party application, like WooCommerce, 2FA is required by Facebook.com.

    You can find more information about this requirement here: https://www.facebook.com/help/148233965247823

    Can you please make sure that 2FA is enabled for your account and then try to connect your store to Facebook again?

    If the above does not work:

    3) In case you were previously connected to Facebook:

    Go to https://<your-site>/wp-admin/options.php and search for wc_facebook_external_business_id

    Update field to include only supported characters and save (best practice: store-name-dfsdc3lck9k6q ← 13-digit random string

    4) Go back to WooCommerce > Facebook and click “Get Started” again

Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.

    We have seen this behavior with some sites with Turkish as Language.
