I tried to replicate this, but for me the logo is still visible after updating the theme to the latest version. Please provide us the URL to your site so we can check the issue and it would be great if you could also provide us a screenshot with the configurations made in Customizer -> Header -> Logo & Site Identity.

Probably there is a small bug or plugin conflict in version 3.1.4. Unfortunately i can’t provide you the link of issue because i need website to work so i rolled back to version 3.1.3

Unfortunately this issue doesn’t occur on my test instances, so it may occur due to a plugin conflict. Please install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins and check if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur anymore, it means it was indeed caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one, until you find the culprit. Then, replace that plugin with an alternative one.

We can’t replicate this issue, so it would be great if you could create a staging site where the issue can be seen and provide us the URL to it because as I mentioned, this doesn’t occur on our instances and we need to check the issue on a site where it does occur. As it’s not an option for you to update to the latest version on the main site, creating a staging site would be a solution for us to be able to check the issue. You can check this article that explains a few ways to create a staging site.

I just noticed that Archive/Shop catalog is also changed – before there was 6 products in row, and now is 3, Product Title is now UPPERCASE and before it was Title Case.

Unfortunately it still exist on 3.1.5, i’m on verson 3.1.3 right now.

There is an issue regarding the logo and our developers are currently working on a fix for that. I think that issue may be related to your problem as well. I will let you know when we release a fix for that and hopefully your issue will be solved as well. For now, as you already mentioned, I would suggest sticking to the latest version that doesn’t cause this issue for you.

Still not working in 3.2.0

I added your logo on my test instance and it is displayed properly with the latest version of the theme – screenshot. Unfortunately there are no other users reporting this issue with the latest versions, so it seems like this is an edge case linked to your environment. Does removing the Logo & Site Identity or the Search Form component and adding them again help?
