• Each time I access the backend dashboard of this plugin, my homepage loads with a broken layout which is most likely caused by a broken stylesheet – none of my other web pages are affected, only the home page. Further, even after refreshing, the home page is still broken.

I found that by de/reactivate this plugin + my theme’s plugins (avada theme), this problem solves itself and my homepage is back to looking normal.

The above happens on random times with this plugin… I can go hours without noticing any issues, and on other times, simply accessing this plugin via the backend wp dashboard re-creates this problem with my homepage.

This makes working with this plugin absolutely impossible, and it’s also a flight risk as I don’t know what else gets broken.

    What I’ve tried:
    -clear cache
-access with other browser + device
    -update all plugins + theme
-redo home page (completely changed the page to a new one, problem still persists)

    Note:
This problem ONLY affects my homepage, it does not affect other blog posts/pages

    Hi,

It’s hard to think merely accessing the dashboard breaks your home page. There must be something else that causes it.

    Try:
    – disabling any auto-insert items by going to Dashboard -> Auto Amazon Links -> Manage Auto-insert.
    – deactivating all the templates except List by going to Dashboard -> Auto Amazon Links -> Templates.

Let me know how it goes. By the way, when you reload the page, don’t forget to hard-refresh (Control/Command+F5).

    Hi,

It still breaks even after doing all the things that you mentioned. I disabled the PRO plugin and so far it has been working fine.

Sounds like an asset conflict. Try activating Pro and temporarily deactivate the Carousel and Column templates then see what happens. But you said you did this, right?

In any case, without seeing the actual problem, it’s hard to tell what to do. If you can reproduce the problem on a separate test site and post the URL, it would be best. Or since you are a Pro user, you can submit an issue from the plugin support page via Dashboard -> Auto Amazon Links -> Help -> Support.
