Sorry about the trouble you are having here, but Custom Attendee Registration fields have always been part of Event Tickets Plus. So do you have a license for ET+ or are you using the Free Event Tickets?

Yes my customer have it i’m gonna ask him the number, but it was working before as you say with Event Tickets Plus. But with your last update of Event Ticket Plus 5.3.3 this section disappeared, you can check on your test websites, you will not see it anymore. I bring pack the previous version

Thank you for letting me know, so if you have Event Tickets Plus then you have access to premium support (unless this is a non profit license?) So please I would ask you to submit a ticket here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/ and we will handle this in a Support ticket.
If you haven’t submitted a ticket before, you’ll need to login with the account that has the licenses (possibly your customers account.) and then you should be able to submit.
If you have already submitted, do you have a ticket number for that? If not please head there and we will help you and your client with this!
