    Hello,

I am using Mailchimp for Woocommerce with WCMp plugin which is a multi-vendor marketplace plugin. The issue I am having is that WCMp plugin creates sub-orders to the parent order from Woocommerce (so vendors can see their own orders with products users have purchased from them and not the full order). This means that at the moment, the Mailchimp plugin takes the main order from WooCommerce and the sub-orders into consideration when syncing the data. Basically, the data is duplicated because of this. By data, I mean the number of orders, sales etc.

Is there any way I can stop the sub-orders from being synced into Mailchimp and only allow the Parent order from WooCommerce to sync?

    Many thanks,

@maddie121 sorry for the delay on this response. This is a very interesting question that we’re going to have to dive into when time permits and report back. The simple answer is “not yet” but the plan would be to add a custom filter for you to tie into and return “true or false” for the plugin to process or not process this order.

I think with a little effort on our part we could add this for you. Stay tuned here while we put this into our roadmap and we will ping your name once things are a little further along.

    Thanks!
