    Currently, the Q&A feature works based on the WordPress comment system and it has not had an option to send email notifications to the customer who has a question or answer. I’ve informed the development team to consider supporting this feature.

    Just wanted to share an update that we added an option to send email notifications about replies to Q & A in the version 4.43 of the plugin. If you would like to receive notifications about new questions, please enable the standard WordPress notifications about new comments as we suggested above.
