Was able to map ActiveCampaign custom fields a few weeks via the integration a few weeks back but can’t do it anymore.
It only maps the default fields from ActiveCampaign. (name, organisation, email, and phone)

Did it change when I updated Forminator plugin to the latest version?

After trying, yes with the new version, form it’s solved. But not for the integrated form on the quiz, can you solve ?

I’m very sorry to hear that you’ve experienced this issue!

We’ll need to take a look at the modules you have and see what may be going on there. Would you be able to export them and share here?

As I said, the problem is here :
Quizzes > Select a quiz > Integrations > + for ActiveCampaign

When I get to this page : https://ibb.co/3WWdW80

It only maps the default fields from ActiveCampaign: (name, organisation, email, and phone) and I would like to use customs fields.

Hi @giffordj,

I wasn’t able to replicate such an issue when tested with my test form. It was picking up the custom fields created on the ActiveCampaign side.

Just to be sure, could you please make sure the custom fields are still present on the Active Campaign side?

You should find the custom fields under “Lists > Manage Fields” on the Active Campaign side:

Could you please share a screenshot of the custom fields present on the Active Campaign side, so that we could have a better idea regarding the issue?
