We are working on a site that is using your plugin and we are getting a “Submitted URL marked ‘noindex’ in search console for the sitemap generated by the plugin.

This url: https://www.example.ca/sitemap.html show in search console, but marked as no-index. So GSC trigger an error : https://d.pr/i/RDs1P3
