Can’t save, update, or publish

Hello @veravise and thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Web Stories. This message can display when uploaded media to a Web Story is being optimised in the background.

This could also be the result of a plugin conflict so to help assist you further with this would you please be able to provide the following information:

1. Your Site Health information or You can share privately if you prefer via this form.
2. Are you seeing any console errors in the browser when this message is displayed?

I think mine is working now- I was having problems with JSON on the block editor- and I wonder if that had anything to do with it.
