Data manipulation option not available

After purchasing the Elite version of the plugin, downloading, installing and activating the plugin the Data Manipulation option is not available for existing and new feeds. Is there something that needs to be enabled or how can I resolve this as this is the whole reason I bought the Elite version of the plugin.
